Getting the loft organized

I thought I had my student today so I came in early. I forgot it was Friday that she comes now. we have changed around days lately so I am perpetually confused. Like that's a big surprise !
I took advantage of the extra time to do some more rearranging and I think I have made it more efficient in the back area where I teach, meet with my mentor project group, and paint for myself.  When you have a tiny space that must be flexible for different activities, you have a lot of rearranging to tweak the space. Doing this regularly helps to keep clutter from piling up. I got rid of some stuff while I was at it. I'm going to let the art supply exchange box clear out and end that program. After 18 months of trying to get it off the ground I am giving up. Sadly, there has been little interest in keeping it active. It seemed a wonderful way for artists to help each other, but evidently not. Time to move on!
